The Illogical Idiocy

What is the deal with these twisted demented people that are only out there to sue some big company on grounds that have no bearing? Take for example the news story in Salt Lake City, Utah. Some paranoid schizophrenic bought a gun from Kmart and commited suicide and what did the parents do? Instead of mourning the death of their son they attack Kmart and sue them on the grounds that they sold the gun in violation of federal gun laws. Another issue is the corpulent Rosie O'Donnell...should we outlaw spoons because she is fat? How about not being able to put out a fire because you can't take water from a river that has an endangered trout and 3 firemen die. What about these zero tolerance laws that expelled one kid from school for holding up a chicken leg and making "bang" noises? An Indiana student is expelled for having over-the-counter diet pills in his locker - pills he had taken from a suicidal friend. Let's just try to have a little common sense here please...
