Why Did The Chicken Cross The Road?
VICE PRESIDENT GORE
I fight for the chickens and I am fighting for the chickens right now. I will not give up on the chickens crossing the road! I will fight for the chickens and I will not disappoint them.
GOVERNOR GEORGE W. BUSH
I don't believe we need to get the chickens across the road. I say give the road to the chickens and let them decide when and how they want to cross the road. The government needs to stop interfering with the chickens so they can cross the road.
SENATOR LIEBERMAN
I believe that every chicken has the right to worship in their own way. Crossing the road is a spiritual journey and no chicken should be denied the right to cross the road in their own way.
DICK CHENEY
Chickens are big-time animals because they have wings. They could fly if they wanted to. Chickens don't want to cross the road. They don't need help crossing the road. In fact, I'm not interested in crossing the road myself.
RALPH NADER
Chickens are misled into believing there is a road by the evil tiremakers. Chickens aren't ignorant, but our society pays tiremakers to create the need for these roads and then lures chickens into believing there is an advantage to crossing them. Down with the roads, up with chickens.
PAT BUCHANAN
To steal a job from a decent, hardworking American.
DR. SEUSS
Did the chicken cross the road?
Did he cross it with a toad?
Yes! The chicken crossed the road,
But why it crossed, I've not been told!
ERNEST HEMINGWAY
To die. In the rain.
MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR.
I envision a world where all chickens will be free to cross without having their motives called into question.
GRANDPA
In my day, we didn't ask why the chicken crossed the road. Someone told us that the chicken crossed the road, and that was good enough for us.
ARISTOTLE
It is the nature of chickens to cross the road.
KARL MARX
It was a historical inevitability.
SADDAM HUSSEIN
This was an unprovoked act of rebellion and we were quite justified in frying those chickens.
RONALD REAGAN
What chicken?
CAPTAIN JAMES T. KIRK
To boldly go where no chicken has gone before.
FOX MULDER
You saw it cross the road with your own eyes. How many more chickens have to cross before you believe it?
FREUD
The fact that you are at all concerned that the chicken crossed the road reveals your underlying sexual insecurity.
BILL GATES
I have just released e-chicken 2000, which will not only cross roads, but will lay eggs, file your important documents, and balance your checkbook - and Internet Explorer is an inextricable part of e-chicken.
EINSTEIN
Did the chicken really cross the road or did the road move beneath the chicken?
BILL CLINTON
I did not cross the road with THAT chicken. What do you mean by "chicken"? Could you define "cross" please?
GEORGE BUSH
I don't think I should have to answer that question.
LOUIS FARRAKHAN
The Road, you see, represents the black man. The chicken crossed the "black man" in order to trample him and keep him down.
THE BIBLE
And God came down from the heavens, and He said unto the chicken, "Thou shalt cross the road." And the chicken crossed the road, and there was much rejoicing.
COLONEL SANDERS
I missed one?

U.N.-Free Zone
A wonderful city in Utah did something very appropriate and very American, they have declared themselves as an UN-free zone. What does this mean to those that live in that city? They "forbid use of the U.N. insignia on city property and spending any city funds to support the global organization." I agree that there should be no American taxpayers money to fund this Leftist, Anti-American Global Community. How is the United Nations Anti-American and left-of-center? The United Nations just recently wanted to restrict the selling of small arms to citizens. What did our representative say to the UN? He said, "The United States believes that the responsible use of firearms is a legitimate aspect of national life." What a wise man we sent to the UN to defend our constitution and second amendment. Like I said before, we need to seriously consider abandoning the UN altogether. It will destroy our nation's foundation and the way we live our lives as free citizens.

Brainwashed Individual
Blame the media, blame the Hollywood liberals, even blame the Democrats, but one thing we cannot avoid is encountering a brainwashed individual. Our country is now infested with these left, no-brainers that think in order to prevent AIDS we need more government funding. They don't realize that it is the human promiscuity that caused the success of HIV. These individuals are the same ones that ride their bikes on the roadway (even though they have sidewalks and bike paths for them), sticking their posterior in the open air, to think that they are better than the polluting automobile driver. They don't even realize their own hypocrisy for that they ride their bike home just to drive their gas-guzzling SUV to the local supermarket to go buy a stick of gum. Recently, what do we see at our local gas station? GAS Prices are going down! Oh, it must be the handling of President Bush...or better yet a relic of the past Criminal Clinton Administration. NO! It is the market setting the price through supply and demand. However, do you see any of the media recanting their scare of the typical American that summer GAS prices will remain at an all-time high? They are not even reporting that gas prices are dropping because it would just make the brainwashed liberal American all too comfortable with the current Bush Administration. By the way of Liberal Common Sense, they want people to get scared from what the left-wing media says, raise hell against the current administration, and when things correct itself (or the current administration passes some good legislation) to forget about what they were attacking before and attack some other issue without giving credit where credit is due. Ladies and Gentlemen, this describes the liberal brainwashing of our citizens.
How to be a Good Democrat
Virtually anyone can be a Democrat. Just simply quit thinking and vote that way. But if you want to be a GOOD Democrat, there are some prerequisites you must have first. Compare the below and see how you rate.
You have to believe the AIDS virus is spread by a lack of federal funding.
You have to believe that the same teacher who can't teach 4th graders how to read is somehow qualified to teach those same kids about sex.
You have to believe that guns, in the hands of law-abiding Americans, are more of a threat than U.S. nuclear weapons technology, in the hands of Chinese communists.
You have to believe that there was no art before Federal funding.
You have to believe that global temperatures are less affected by cyclical, documented changes in the earth's climate, and more affected by yuppies driving SUVs.
You have to believe that gender roles are artificial but being homosexual is natural.
You have to be against capital punishment but support abortion on demand.
You have to believe that businesses create oppression and governments create prosperity.
You have to believe that hunters don't care about nature, but loony activists from Seattle do.
You have to believe that self-esteem is more important than actually doing something to earn it.
You have to believe the military, not corrupt politicians, start wars.
You have to believe the NRA is bad, because it supports certain parts of the Constitution, while the ACLU is good, because it supports certain parts of the Constitution.
You have to believe that taxes are too low, but ATM fees are too high.
You have to believe that Margaret Sanger and Gloria Steinmen are more important to American history than Thomas Jefferson, General Robert E. Lee or Thomas Edison.
You have to believe that standardized tests are racist, but racial quotas and set-asides aren't.
You have to believe Hillary Clinton is really a lady.
You have to believe that the only reason socialism hasn't worked anywhere it's been tried, is because the right people haven't been in charge.
You have to believe Republicans telling the truth belong in jail, but a liar and sex offender belongs in the White House.
You have to believe that homosexual parades displaying drag, transvestites and bestiality should be constitutionally protected and manger scenes at Christmas should be illegal.
You have to believe that illegal Democratic party funding by the Chinese is somehow in the best interest of the United States.

The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand
I don't know if you realize that the teachings of Ayn Rand have had some major influence on the Libertarian Party. Don't worry, I won't bore you about the details of how her work influenced the Libertarian Party, however, I will mention one thing about this book that I happened to pick off the shelf of my bookcase, The Fountainhead. So far one quote, in the all two pages that I have read, had me thinking very deeply in what is happening to the people in America, but first I will give you the quote. This is taken from a scene where the character, Howard Roark, stands at the edge of a cliff:
"These rocks, he thought, are here for me; waiting for the drill, the dynamite and my voice; waiting to be split, ripped, pounded, reborn; waiting for the shape my hands will give them." - Ayn Rand
Why do I think that this is so profound? Why do I take interest in this one quote that stands out from the rest of the other statements that Howard Roark makes? Superficially we can tell that Ayn Rand expounds her feelings that if there are resources available from nature, then from our ability we can use this to mold and shape the earth into whatever we want. What we don't know is that Ayn Rand has exalted Mr. Roark into another plane of man's ego. Yes, we do control mother nature, however it is the individual's belief in himself that can only accomplish this task. The feeling that we are "Master's of the Universe" (although we know that engineers hold this title) gives us the power to mold and control nature. Ayn Rand teaches us that man can do anything if only he believes in himself. Maybe for this reason this quote caught my attention and made me hold back further reading to think about the meaning of this statement. This relates to our everyday lives where we have left-leaning people trying to break down the almighty individual. We are a free nation, and what makes us unique is our individualism. Why would we want to categorize people and impose quotas to accept certain races or colors for work or school, instead of looking at their personal ability and knowledge? Why do we celebrate diversity, doesn't it just divide us further to try to point out how different we are? You are a person and an individual, believe in yourself and you can make changes in somebody's life and in affect, the world. If you have to be cocky about it...that is fine too...

The 4th of July...
Okay, this update may offend, so good! But, be warned.
Where do you live? I bet you live in the United States of America, the home of the free and the free to make your home. What have you seen in the past couple of years that seems so prevalent in our daily lives? I don't know about you, but there seems to be an influx of immigrants that our government allows the same benefits we have as Americans. What we don't know is that they carry their own Patriotism. I tell you people, their loyalty is not to the greatest nation on the planet, the United States of America, but maybe to some other country where most of their relatives reside. What we are seeing is the watering down of our way of life and culture. I do not know about you, but I believe that if people are going to hold the right to call themselves CITIZENS of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, then they must learn what our country stands for and take an oath to loyalty. If they don't like it, then tough luck...they can go and see if they like living in Russia, or maybe even better yet Communist China. However, how are we suppose to accomplish this task when our own people do not know our founding fathers of this nation? How are we suppose to teach these immigrants of our country when the person that teaches cannot even name their Senators, Congressman, or even the President of the United States? I don't know about you, but when I hear our National Anthem play or some emotional soldier recount what he went through to uphold our freedom, frankly I get sort of choked up. I get a deep inner sense feeling of respect and the need to share that emotion with that person or persons. We as Americans need to hold dear those documents that have given us our Right to Liberty, Right to Personal Property, and the Right to the Pursuit of Happiness. We should be willing to fight for our country in the wake of invasion of a country or ideal that counters the freedoms given to us by our forefathers. We should stand up to what we believe in and have our voices heard...WE ARE AMERICANS...if not by birthright then by PRINCIPLE and BELIEF of the right to FREEDOM. I have had my say, now it is up to you to show your true colors on this INDEPENDENCE DAY, the 4th of July. Have fun out there, take care, eat lots of barbecue, and expect an update on Thursday. BE PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN.
The Oath of Allegiance for United States Citizenship
I hereby declare, on oath,
that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.Courtesy of http://www.immigrationlawweb.com/naturalization-oath-of-allegiance.htm
