One Country, One Flag, and One Language

Yesterday I saw a bumper sticker that said, "One Country, One Flag, One Language." Seeing this bumper sticker made me feel that this country is slowly heading in the right direction and turning in favor of national pride and personal rights and freedoms. People need to abandon the "hyphenated" American. Are you an Asian-American, African-American, maybe All-Your-Basean? NO! You are an American, period. If you don't like this point of view then get the hell out of my country. We have one flag, and I'm not talking about that wimpy Puerto Rican flag (that the United States owns), but I'm talking about the flag with 50 stars and 13 stripes...your flag. Do you speak another language? Good, I speak 3 different languages...but you live in America you WILL speak English. I'm not even talking about that nasally sounding British English, but I'm talking about American English. Are we supposed to accommodate for those immigrants that do not speak English? If they want to live in America where the official language is English...then yes, you will speak English and no, we will not accommodate for your lack of ability to understand English. Sure, you can go ahead and get an interpreter to help you understand...but at your expense. There should be no need to translate all documents into Spanish when the English document is perfectly fine. Are they now going to translate these documents into Chinese, French, or Pig-Latin? Well, the answer is no therefore, why should they translate any document to anything other than English? The reason why translating documents has been an issue is because the politicians want to "accommodate" for those that do no speak English to gain votes and power. It makes more sense to have people learn English than to just translate official documents to any other language. However, this thought requires common sense, yet it seems that the rest of the nation does not recognize this error in thinking. By further accommodating immigrants only further waters-down our nation. Back when America stood for the "Land of Opportunity" and when people kissed the ground when they first saw the Statue of Liberty on Ellis Island these immigrants wanted to be labeled as an American. Their flag was no longer the flag of Tyrants, but their flag was now the American Flag. An American label was one of the greatest titles one could have due to the personal liberties from tyrants and the freedom to express one's opinion. These immigrants worked hard and learned the language of the land because they knew that the only way to succeed in a nation was to understand what the people were saying. These days it seems like you can walk to the local -4 (i.e. 7-eleven) and get your citizenship papers processed immediately. This cheapens those immigrants "hard work" that came to this land to become Americans. I rather have an immigrant that wants to be called an American and works hard, than a rich immigrant that wants to live in America and prosper but calls himself a "Mexican", "Italian", or anything other than an American.

Protect America...

Today we need to worry about our safety from nuclear attacks from Osama Bin Laden and of the likes of him. Tomorrow we may not need to worry that a nuclear missile may fly into the United States for a missile defense shield will be able to intercept and disarm the missile. Sure, it may not be able to take care of 15,000 missiles launched at us...but it as sure prevents some from taking you and your family's lives. My question is: Why do the Liberals consistently attack a missile defense shield? Do they necessarily want their family in harms way? I don't think so!!! So why do the Liberals so adamantly oppose a missile defense shield? Well, the reason is that it will harm their plan for America's "Globalization" policies. The left believe that if we show some device to protect our citizen's that it hurts the United States image of a World Leader in the "Global" political realm. As you all should know by know...this is all hog-wash. Do you necessarily think that a global economy and government is good? Just read the article in Today's Links about the WTO trying to make the United States pay some ridiculous fines. In addition, what is the other countries problem about us creating this missile defense shield? Is it an act of hostility in America's part? NO!!! Think about it...how does a device to protect your own people an act of hostility. Anyways, why bitch and scream about it if you aren't going to send any missiles to the United States anyways...or are they?

Who is your Hero?

These days the only hero that our kids know are those with bread and contain meat. Seriously, why do we not have any worthy heroes for our children? Why are our children growing up with nobody to look up to? The media does a great job of exposing those people that have potential of greatness for the sake of "news." What is a role model? Someone that we admire maybe? Someone that we enjoy their accompany or presence? Who are the role models for our children today? How about Bill Clinton? Better yet...some football star or basketball stars surely make ideal role models. Just look how much they have overcome, the NBA draft and the Oh so hard academic life. Sometimes these stars are put on a pedestal by the media to try to make some bid deal on how poor they were and now they make Umph-teen million dollars. Yeah, so much for hard life for these sports stars. What about the common man? What about your parents? Can they not be a role model? No, No, No...they can't be a role model according to the leftist media. They are not "great" like a Tiger Woods or a Tom Daschle. Please...if you have a child or a younger sibling...make sure you can be an ideal role model. If you are not able, then guide them in a path where they can find a decent one that doesn't make rap videos or smoke pot before a game. So who is your Hero?

The Multi-Cultural America

Let's celebrate Multi-Cultural America. Hold hands together and wish for big government to provide subsidies for us to live off. So that government can take money from the wealthy and distribute their hard earned cash to the lazy. Sound familiar? Doesn't it sound like a leftist agenda? It should, because this is how the liberals want you to envision America. So what about Multi-Culturalism in America? We hear this in our government schools where they preach the good of government. The Left brain-wash our children right from the start. One of their techniques comes from being "Multi-Cultural." Why does the Left force this on our children at school? If you ask a Democrat then this program allows children to be exposed to other ethnicities and the such...to break down the barriers of racism. Well, it does no such! Why do we need a program to celebrate diversity? You know why? It does the reverse of what it should do, it makes our children aware of different racial groups...AWARE OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS! They claim by doing this decreases racism in America. Think about it... How does categorizing different ethnic groups eliminate racism? Ask Tom Dashle...since he is so good at class warfare. Do you think that the Democrats and Liberals (I'm being redundant) want your child to be an INDIVIDUAL? Well, go ahead and voucher for this "Multi-Cultural" facade. The Left's real agenda is to place a person to a group to crush any individuality. Why would the Socialist Democrats want anybody to go against the tide and maybe show a little personality? It prevents them from creating a subservient citizen...and that is what they want from YOU.

We Still Know What You Did In The White House...

Why can't this goon go away? Why can't Former Criminal President Clinton go away? Why does he consistently permeate his whacked up morality into mainstream America? You know why? The Liberal Media just Loves those Criminal Clintons. You cannot tell me with a straight face that Jr. Senator Clinton is not gearing up to campaign for President? Not only does she take advantage of our government system, she thinks we are dumb and that we cannot see pass that fake smile of hers. What is Criminal President Clinton going to write about anyways? How he had his cronies bring over kegs to watch the interns put on a show in the oval office? How about getting some "head" while innocent Serbians die in their own country from our bombs. Oh, and do you need a place to stay? Well if you contribute to the DNC we can shack you up in the Lincoln's bedroom if the price is right. Sure, maybe he'll even throw in some interns as an extra bonus. Give me a Break. How about this Con"did"it guy? Is he going to get off as easily as Criminal Clinton will? We need somebody that is going to shrink the size of Government...I don't mean a little bit...I mean a whole lot. We need somebody that will stand up for our rights as Citizens and will uphold every single word that is contained in our Constitution. We need a Libertarian.

The Liberal Storm?

Tropical Storm Barry, and all other Tropical Storm and Hurricanes, must be all registered as a Democrat or Socialist. We at least know that they lean to the left (in which I hope it doesn't lean to the right cause I am in Florida right now.) You see, you can go around your daily life and mind your own business...but just like a good Liberal the storm comes and wants to take your rights away (in this case your right to life). In addition, if it doesn't get to you the first time then it works its way around, finding some loophole, and then screws you over severely the next time around. Oh, and you must admit that the storm doesn't "discriminate," yet it seems to hit the poor communities harder than the rich ones. What a hypocrite. Just don't let Jesse Jackson and the ACLU know about this. Actually, maybe if they do know about this they will stand outside and Barry can shake their hand and suck them up to where they belong. However the storm may find a hard time trying to pick up Al Sharpton because that is a lot of weight to carry on your shoulders. I'm sick of these Liberal idiots, what we need is one giant storm to pick all these left-leaning people up.

Former President Carter heads Election Reform

Former Democrat President Carter suggests to Current President Bush certain revisions of our election system. Here are a few of their recommendations:

• Election Day should be declared a national holiday
• States should establish statewide systems for voter registration.
• States should allow provisional voting.
• Congress should set up a new Election Administration Commission to establish and test voluntary standards for state systems.
• News organizations should refrain from calling presidential elections.

Election day should NOT be a national holiday. The reason why I disagree with this comes from the amount of time it takes to vote. It does not take a whole day to vote, thus there is no reason for a national holiday for Election Day. We need to move the voting to the weekend where more people have the leisure to go vote. Provisional voting suggested that blacks were turned away from the polls last year (yet a study showed no discrimination of this sort). So their recommendation is to have anybody that claims that they are able to vote let them vote and then we can sort it out later. In addition, going along with the Socialist Democratic Party, President Carter even suggests the creation of a new Election Administration Commission. Look, we do not need another Government department. We already have an Election Administration, therefore there is no need to create another government commission to take more of taxpayers money. I saved the best for last Panel: Restore Vote for Felons...for Felons! Why would the commission want to restore vote for felons? The majority of felons vote Democrat, therefore it is to the Democrats advantage to restore felons voting privileges. You develop your own idea on the underlying agenda of this study.
