Barbara Streisand Does it again!

Barbra Streisand again crosses the line between entertainer and political activist accusing Condoleezza Rice of blind faith to the President. She mentions that the terrorist "chatter" got louder and louder and President Bush did not do anything about the 9-11 attacks. What is funny and continues to baffle me is the blind faith that the Hollywood elite put into President Clinton. The Sudanese were willing to give up Bin Laden yet he declined. What happen to the intelligence failure there? Why didn't Barbra write a memo about that? Why did President Clinton get a pass on this type of criticism from Hollywood? On another note, when I spell check this blog and it came across "Barbra" a suggestion was "Barbarian." How true...

Pork Barrel Politics

Are you happy about where your tax money is going? Every paycheck the American Government forces you to pay taxes to fund programs and social welfare programs. Did you ever think it would fund:

* $25,000 to study mariachi music in the schools of Las Vegas.
* $100,000 to fund a "weather museum" in Punxsutawney, Pa., home of the hokey Groundhog Day star, Punxsutawney Phil.
* $2 million to buy back the onetime presidential yacht Sequoia, sold off 27 years ago as a long-overdue economy move.

Think about this next time there is a tax increase on the ballot in your area.

Dan Rather stepping down from CBS, a big blow to the Communists in America

CBS News anchor Dan Rather is shown as he waits for a news conference to begin at the CBS Broadcast Center on Oct. 18, 2001, in New York. (AP Photo/Suzanne Plunkett)

It seems like the Left just lost one of their news anchors. The talking head for the Communist Party of America, Dan Rather, will be stepping down from CBS on the anniversary of when he took over the job 24 years ago from Walter Cronkite. I guess trying to be the harbinger of news reporting and trying to ruin Bush's National Guard record with forge documents wasn't a wise career move.

Democrats to be replaced by the Libertarians

If the Democrats are not willing to change with the American people then how are they to survive as a party? Ultra-Liberal figures represent the Democratic Party such as Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean, and John Kerry. Are these the people you want to represent your party? Do you want your party depicted as a borderline Socialist Party? If you are fed up with the Left-Wing nuts overtaking your party consider the Libertarian Party.

Bill Gates gets 4 million emails per day, most of it spam!

2.9 million is the number of spam messages Gates gets every day.

2,778 is the number of emails Gates gets every minute.

2,033 the number of spams Gates gets every minute.

10,000 - Gates is the recipient of more than one out of every 10,000 emails sent by anybody anywhere in the world.

34 days is how long it would take Bill to download a day's worth of spam to Outlook, if it (generously) took just one second per message.

22 weeks is how long it would take Bill, working solidly without breaks, to manually delete one day's spam.

458 is the number of people, working 8-hour shifts, Bill would need to hire to delete that spam manually each day.

1.2 terabytes is the disk space needed to store a month of Bill's spam.

460 gigabytes is the disk space needed to store all of Bill's non-spam email, given the company's alleged 30-day email retention policy.

Bill Clinton's Legacy

Bill Clinton's library opens up today with his lasting legacy of fellatio in the oval office. Although I doubt that the library will cover the most detailed aspects of his affair, I'm sure The Counter Clinton library across the street will have more interesting aspects of his administration.

Outkast and Usher Dominate the AMA...Troops in Fallujah rejoice!

It seems these days that the award giving is far to many for far too few. Did anybody watch the American Music Awards (AMA)? I'm sure the so called "blue" states with their 49% of the vote tuned into the television to watch the music leftists pat themselves on the back. I choose not to watch these boring shows unless they have some type of comedy factor or I want to see if any Hollywood elitist will lash out on President Bush and his administration. Otherwise, the main purpose, to watch who "wins" the awards is a secondary factor in which I find quite mundane and silly. I'm sure there are more important issues around the world such as our troops in Fallujah that are crushing the insurgents or how a CIA agent mentions that a nuke attack may happen in our homeland.

Libertarian Party in Washington State

I do not like the idea of a "Blanket Primary" nor do I like the Louisiana Primary (top-two). I believe that each respective party should have their own private primary (one that is not funded by the federal government) and choose the candidate best suited to represent the party (Montana Primary). This is common sense as it does not allow votes from across party lines to vote the other party's candidate. It eliminates the possiblity of a Democrat voting for the weaker Republican candidate in order to further their party's nominee. However, since I-872 passed this may help the Libertarians in races in which only one major party candidate runs for an office. This often happens and it is possible for 3rd Party Candidate, hopefully Libertarian, to get a big chunk of the vote if not win the election. This initiative may be a blessing in disguise or not...we'll see in years to come. Now if only we can figure out how to maintain our major party status...

Atkins can save you money!

It seems that obesity levels are skyrocketing in the United States and it is resulting in higher prescription drug costs. How long will it take the Democrats to start taxing "fat" foods to regulate people's weight?

Obesity Triples Prescription Drug Costs

Castrate this guy...

It seems that in Tacoma, WA Anthony "Tony" Whitfield is intentionally spreading the HIV. He is infecting women that do not know of his infection through intercourse and in turn they are spreading the virus. What should we do about these types of criminals? This is a direct assault on the right to pursuit of happiness and life. I say we either castrate the guy or put him away.

Welfare results in the 9/11 Commision report

Redhunter makes a good point, basically resulting in the privatization of welfare to some extent. While I was reading the 9/11 report I came across this quote that shows us an example in the Middle East in which the current state of our social security will lead us as well.

In the 1970s and early 1980s, an unprecedented flood of wealth led the then largely unmodernized oil states to attempt to shortcut decades of development. They funded huge infrastructure projects, vastly expanded education, and created subsidized social welfare programs. These programs established a widespread feeling of entitlement without a corresponding sense of social obligations. By the late 1980s, diminishing oil revenues, the economic drain from many unprofitable development projects, and population growth made these entitlement programs unsustainable. The resulting cutbacks created enormous resentment among recipients who had come to see government largesse as their right. This resentment was further stoked by public understanding of how much oil income had gone straight into the pockets of the rulers, their friends, and their helpers.

We need to watch out as this could result in dire consequences with the current situation we have here in the United States.

Stop your whining...

Even Clinton is saying, "Stop your whining!" to the Democrats. It seems like Nancy Pelosi requests the President to be the Uniter. Yeah, it is funny how these Liberals want to still feel like they are running the show.

Democratic leaders are trying to figure out how to make the party more relevant to mainstream Americans and keep it from slipping into perpetual minority-party status.

Blue America gets the back seat...

Although it seems like a mandate from the people for Bush's presidency we have to wonder why the Democrats are such big losers. It seems conservatism beat out the Hollywood left, the mainstream media, and the ultra-liberal (borderline socialist) politicians. Why? Why? Why? It is because the Democrats want to empower government to control people's lives. It is because they want you to believe that it is better for them to decide how to spend your paycheck and what government programs your income should fund. It is because they are out of touch with personal freedoms, individual rights, and all the other things that America is known and great for. They really need to start going back to the drawing board and find some direction if they want to continue to be a viable party in America. It is either change with the people or get replaced. I'm sure the Libertarian Party will welcome some of the "Blue Democrats" to build another party for this country. If you are a Democrat do you identify with the Ted Kennedys, Hillary Clintons, and John Kerrys of the world? Do you necessarily believe that Terry McAuliffe is your leader in the fight for freedom and liberties? So if you are a Democrat and pissed off about the state of your party, defect to the Libertarian party and show the Democrats how out of step they are with you and the American people.

Bush Wins! Daschle is the biggest loser...

Senator Tom Daschle, with his family, thanking supporters Wednesday. (Reed Saxon/Associated Press)
It isn't so often that I'm glad to see somebody elected that will expand the size of government, however President Bush won another 4 years in the White House. Don't Blame me I voted for Badnarik. (Libertarian) However, out of both candidates I believed that Bush was the lesser of two evils. Although I had a feeling that Bush would win, I was very excited to see Tom Daschle (SD - D) ousted by John Thune (R). After so many years of exposing Daschle's socialist programs and statements I feel finally vindicated. He is just one of the key politicians that wanted to create a socialist republic here in the United States. We have a long road ahead of us since Ted Kennedy (MA - D) and John F'n Kerry (MA - D) still preside over their senate seats. Not to mention, watch Hillary Clinton and her minions begin a long quest to get her on the ballot in 2008! Be Aware!

Who will you vote for?

Today is the day that Americans go to the polls to select a President for the next 4 years. Whether or not we determine the president tonight or a month from now we should consider what our framers of the constitution intended for this country. Do we want a larger, nanny-state government? Do we want to continue to meddle in foreign entanglements that send our boys in harms way? Do we want a President that flip-flops and makes his decisions based upon polls? Whether you have already decided to vote for a particular candidate please keep this in mind. They both will expand the government, they both do not hold to the principals of our forefathers, they both do not want to see any other third party succeed in the future. Are we a bipartisan nation? Or are we individuals that have our own ideals? Is there only two sides to the political spectrum? This blogger endorses Michael Badnarik for president. If you have not decided please consider casting your ballot for individual freedom and smaller government.
