Economics also shows this trend as it took centuries for man to adopt Laissez Faire economics after <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adam_Smith" target="_blank">Adam Smith</a> pubished <em><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wealth_of_Nations" target="_blank">The Wealth of Nations</a></em> in 1776. Present day we find that collectivism seems to take hold and we see Government creating expensive departments with no improvements in our daily life. When will we see the implementation of a more freedom loving society promoted by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milton_Friedman" target="_blank">Milton Friedman</a> or <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fr%C3%A9d%C3%A9ric_Bastiat" target="_blank">Frédéric Bastiat</a>?</p><p><hr /><br />Related Links:<p></p><br /><p><a href="http://www.fee.org/publications/notes/notes/theTide.asp" target="_blank">The Tide in the Affairs of Men</a> - by Milton Friedman and Rose D.
